Lease Takeover – Private Balcony 1 Bed / 1 Bath Duplex

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my roomates lease in the upper private portion of a 2 bed / 2 bath duplex in Bushwick starting December 1st (move-in date is flexible if you need a little later).

Natural light throughout. At its core this is two, one bedroom apartments in one. Each floor features a spacious living area with direct access to a balcony, full bath, queen size bedroom in addition to multiple closets. The kitchen is on the main floor which features brand new appliances including dishwasher. Laundry in the basement as well. There’s also access to a rooftop!

I'm Bruno, a 30-year-old guy who’s chill, clean, and easy to live with. I have a super sweet cat named Mina. She’s very friendly and loves people. No other pets unfortunately, sorry.

- Rent: $2,100/month total
- Lease takeover: Starting 12/1 (flexible)
- Private upstairs area with bathroom + balcony
- One friendly cat in the home
- Trains: JMZ access (3 blocks to Central Ave M)
- Central AC and heat
- Laundry in basement (2 washer 2 dryer)

It’s a great setup for someone who wants privacy but doesn’t want to live totally alone.
