Located on a quiet street, just around the corner from Birdy’s, this apartment is a cozy home base with a ton of amenities, and close to a variety of great neighborhood spots. No flexibility on sublease end date, you will be committing to finishing out the lease with the two current roomies. Slight flexibility on start date.

The Room:
- $1300/month
- $1300/security deposit
- Unfurnished (includes an IKEA Kleppstad dresser)
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate
- Sublet takeover from mid-November 2025 through August 31, 2026 (flexible start date)

The Apartment:

Roommates:
- Two women in their late 20s, both working professionals
- Go into the office 3–5 days per week
