Spacious 7th floor 2 bed, 2 bath in an elevator building with a door man. We have a king bed in the primary bedroom and the second bedroom is set up like an office/music space with a daybed that is quite comfortable to sleep on.

The building has laundry on every floor, an amazing gym and a lounge area. There’s a food garden market right below our apartment, for super convenient winter grocery shopping.

Street parking is fairly easy in the area if you do want to bring a car.

Subletting because we want to ski more. On that note, we’re also open to swap for an upstate property or an adjacent northeast area with easy ski access.
