- Total rent: $5,480/month (split 3 ways = ~$1,827 each)
- Currently occupied by me and my roommate, but both moving out due to personal reasons (I need to spend time with family in California, my roommate is getting married and moving in with her partner).
- Located in Park Slope, 1 minute walk from Prospect Park!!
- Perfect if you like running/biking
- 5 minute walk from the F/G trains, 15-minute walk from the 2/3 trains (you can be in lower manhattan in 30 minutes)

What we're looking for:
- Tenants who can move in December 2025 (late November is also possible) and stay through full lease term (July 31st, 2026)
- Standard background + credit checks will apply
