A serene space with Northern facing windows providing soft, bright light, where artists find inspiration to create among a floor of other artists and creative professionals.
A brand new freight elevator provides street and direct floor access secured with a key fob. A lobby to receive packages also secured with fob and keypad
2 Bathrooms and 2 large sinks are available on the floor.
Non Toxic work only with minimal dust.
Wifi on the floor is per studio.
About This Lister
I'm Chad (he/him), I'm one of four partners managing the 4th floor artist studios. We are artist as well and when we are not managing the floor or photo studio we also run together, we are working on one of many projects that are our real loves.
One of the four of us will be here to show you the space and answer any questions you might have.

Rental requirements
All tenants will be required to sign a rental agreement outlining the basic use and procedures for the space.
All agreements are month to month.
A deposit of two month's security and one month's rent will also be required. ONE month of the security deposit can be amortized over an agreed upon time period if needed.
