Hi, I have a room available in my apartment located in Park Slope, Brooklyn and I'm looking for a roommate.

The Apartment / Building:
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a four story building, located on Park Place and 5th avenue, close to bars, shops, and plenty of transportation options. Since we're on the top floor, the entire apartment has 10.5' ceilings and the building is a very quiet building of creatives and artists who all have lived here for a long time. Extra large kitchen, bathroom, and dining area, larger than you'll find in most NYC apartments.

The Room:
The room is private room, and gets a lot of natural lighting. Approximately 8' x 16', plus a large closet, the room also has an oversized window that looks onto Park Pl. The room can be furnished or unfurnished with any of the following:

● Queen Sized Bed
● Large Dresser
● TV
● Armchair / Loveseat
● Writing Desk
● Shelving Unit

Terms:
Looking for a December 1st move-in. The roommate will be responsible for $1200 a month, plus utilities (Electricity, Gas, and Internet). First month and a deposit is required. Looking for someone who will be willing to stay a minimum of six (6) months, but can be flexible.
