My spacious apartment is available for a 3 month sublet. The apartment is fully furnished and has a very large kitchen, bedroom, living room, and 1 bathroom. It has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and great natural light. The apartment is located on the second floor of a six floor pre war building. The building is well maintained and cleaned and has two elevators. You are minutes away from tons of great restaurants (10 min walk to Ditmas Park/ Cortelyou Road), coffee shops, bars, delis, laundromats, grocery stores, farmers markets on Sundays, and mass transit (Newkirk Plaza B, Q trains, and B68 bus). The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented and minutes away from Prospect park by bike or car. It is also a 10 minute walk from the F train station on 18th ave.
