Rent: $1500 + half Electric bill - must get your own internet. Gas and water are included.

The apartment almost functions as two studios, with a shared kitchen. You will have a good size bedroom with a fire escape that comfortably fits a queen sized bed/chest of drawers/desk, a comfortable living room to yourself with a separate entrance from the stairwell, as well as a private bathroom. I will need to cross through your living room to access the kitchen.

Short walk to the 2/5 train, or 15 minute walk to the B/Q. Located on a lively section of Nostrand Ave. Restaurants and bodegas a few doors down, laundromat on the corner.

I have a cat and sometimes board dogs for clients. All pets will stay on my side of the apartment, but not a good fit for someone with severe allergies.

Pets welcome on a case-by-case basis. 11 years sober of alcohol and don’t want to live with someone who drinks heavily. Must be 420 friendly, and queer and trans positive.

I have taken in my parents 14 year old cat Pippin, however, he only resides on my half of the apartment. If you like cats, would love to pay you to feed him occasionally.

I am a Mid 30’s woman who runs my own pet care business. I walk packs of dogs in Brooklyn Tuesday-Thursday, and my four day weekends are either spent going back and forth to Philly to help my parents, or just resting from my very physical job when I’m home. I have lived in the neighborhood for many years, and I love my community. I took over the apartment from a friend in 2020. Let’s please both keep the kitchen clean so we can enjoy the space.
