Looking for sublets for my stunning apartment for any amount of time in the winter months (dates completely flexible!). Everything from the light, to the beautiful rooftop, to the private balcony (not facing the street very quiet) is completely lovely. Dog friendly but happy to remove dog furniture etc. Furnished and equipped with everything you’d ever need! Apartment has in unit laundry, dishwasher, central heating and cooling, and plenty of closet space!

The location is incredible. Just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and surrounded by adorable restaurants and boutiques. The G train is about 2 blocks away and the commute into Manhattan is often as short as 20 minutes. Holiday decorations went up on the street and it is magical! The couch pulls out into a queen bed and has a brand new mattress on it that has only been used once. The door is keyless entry and the building has lovely doormen who keep the building safe 24/7.

I am heartbroken to miss winter in Greenpoint but have family events on the West Coast. My best friend lives in the building across the street and will be available for any in person issues (though I’ve never had any here!) I am always available virtually.
