The living space has huge windows and an open layout that brings in tons of natural light all day long. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your coffee in a sunbeam, read a book in the cozy common area, or just relax in a peaceful, bright atmosphere.

The apartment is on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. We're close to the Nostrand Ave 3 train and a short walk from the President St 2/5 trains—super convenient for getting around.

Because the apartment is fully (and beautifully!) furnished, we're not looking for someone who's bringing a lot of large furniture for the common spaces. We’ve got a dishwasher (game-changer), a lovely kitchen, and a living room full of thriving plants.

We're a creative, laid-back household of queer/trans artists and organizers. LGBTQIA+ friendly is a must (and we’d love to live with fellow queer people).

We enjoy hosting cozy gatherings sometimes, but we don't party at home. We consistently clean up after ourselves, and genuinely love and care for this space. We often hang out in the living room (watching TV, playing records, chatting) but everyone also values downtime and personal space. The vibe here is definitely artsy, calm, and respectful.

We love animals, but no pets please! Looking for 1 roommate only.
