The location can’t be beat - cross streets are N7 and Wythe Ave. One block from the waterfront and the 5th Street pier, 5 min walk to the Bedford L, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and tons of bars, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to anything you would need.

The unit is located in a second floor walk up, no elevator. There is only one other unit occupied in the building so it is a small and quiet building. There are high ceilings and lots of windows with really good light throughout the day, especially when the living room door to the fire escape is open. There is also a rooftop (featured in photos) that is accessible by door from this unit. No parties or loud gatherings due to the proximity of the other neighbors.

I’m 34F, originally from Miami and have been living in Williamsburg for 3 years. I work remote in clinical research, so I spend a lot of time at home so I like to keep my space very clean and tidy. I have a small long haired dachshund named Stella that I am always out and about with. The neighborhood has a lot of traffic on the weekend days but otherwise is pretty quiet. My favorite thing about living here if how close you are to the water and so many beautiful parks! You are also in the middle of everything in wb, the location is so convenient to everything you need.
