Hi! I have an incredible 750 square foot loft in Chinatown for sublet. I'm subletting from 11/27 - 1/01, but could be slightly flexible on those dates. I would be willing to sublet for a shorter duration as well.

The rent is $3100 a month included utilities. There is a 15-day minimum and I'd just pro-rate the rent amount.

It is on the 4th floor of an old walk-up building. There are high ceilings a lofted bed, a super nice comfortable couch, and a bathroom with a full tub. The apartment is flooded with light, and designed and decorated well.

It is in literally the best neighborhood in Lower Manhattan - and walkable to Soho, Tribeca, The Lower East Side, Chinatown, The East Village, and The Seaport.
