Nicely decorated room ready to move in.
Room 12X10 feet with full size bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, night lamp, hangers.

Location near A,C,2, and 3 subways, also close to 4, 5 and shuttle. Supermarket is 100 feet for your convenience. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

I just ask that you keep the apt clean.

Rent due every first of the month. To move in you will need 1 month deposit and first month rent. All utilities included wifi, lights, heat and water.
