Hi y'all! I'm off to Brazil next week and my subletter cancelled, so I'm urgently seeking someone to stay in my place while I'm gone :)

PLEASE NOTE: Cat care required to stay! She's easy as pie: loves to cuddle, eats only dry food, never hurt a fly. Cost massively discounted an account of this: $900 total, can't beat it! I'm open to talk price if you couldn't come the first day or two or had to leave a day or two early. Message me!

- 97 on Walk Score (100% for public transportation; near the subway, tons of buses, and a block from the Long Island Railroad)
- A block from groceries, laundry, bodegas, etc., and near tons of great bars and restaurants
- With Franklin Ave. just a 10-15 minute walk away and Bed-Stuy across Atlantic, it's truly the best of both neighborhoods. - Prospect Park, the Botanic Gardens, and the BK museum are all walkable too!
- Stunning light with ample windows (pictures are from last year's winter szn)
- Big kitchen perfect for dinner parties or game night
- Large bedroom in the back (which has a Herman Miller desk chair for the WFH crowd + the TV is a Roku with all the apps so stream away)
- On the first floor, so no walkin' up, but in the back of the building (south facing, baby), where it's then elevated a floor for safe, quiet privacy
- Fire escape great for chillin' if the weather allows

I'm a writer/editor for a design company and a concert photographer. I've lived here for eight years and love this place! Would love for my cat Penny Lane to have company while I'm away + hopefully give someone a super affordable option for housing over a trip to NYC or perhaps while you're looking for your own permanent place.
