Hi there! Subletting our spacious, natural light drenched loft apartment :)

We are two Canadian artists heading back to Canada to visit family.

The space is a 3 minute walk from the L train, close to bars and restaurants like Roberta's, Syndicated, Sey Coffee.

Multiple grocery stores all within 5 minute walk. Our corner of the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Plenty of parking nearby and neighbours are great!

About the apartment:

14 ft ceilings with huge north facing windows and a view of the skyline.

Bedroom + closet are in loft with 6ft ceilings.

Spacious, cozy and well cared for :)

4th floor walk up, laundry mat at the end of the block (1 min walk). Rooftop access with view of the city and sunsets.

Electrical/wifi/gas included in cost.
