Hi all! We are looking for a new roommate in our spacious apartment right by the L train and a great neighborhood where Win Son, Brooklyn Ball, and Tradesman are among other great spots. details below

Room: You'd be subletting the largest room in the apartment at 9.5’ x 9.5’. Perfect for a full bed + desk setup, but can also fit a queen bed. Can be lightly furnished but more ideal if you have your own furniture.

Apartment: Fully furnished living/dining room and kitchen, all stocked—ideal for someone with minimal furniture. We keep things relatively tidy and maintain a simple chore chart that everyone follows. The apartment is 2 floors (Basement for lounging + plenty of storage space. Ground level for bedrooms, kitchen, and dining.)

Location: 3-minute walk to the nearest L train, 15 minutes to G, J & M stops. Walking distance to great local spots like Baby Blues, Brooklyn Ball, Win Son, and plenty of Bushwick bars and nightlife.

Roommates: Two guys, Andrew 31M and Jackson 25M. Andrew is a multidisciplinary artist who works at a nearby ceramics studio and in fashion. He's available most days if you need help throughout the house, though spends most of his time outside the home with friends/girlfriend. Jackson works from home full time for a non-profit. We generally keep the space pretty quiet, though we enjoy occasional gatherings in our basement and backyard. We love chatting about books, good TV, films, etc. and would be great to keep up that vibe. Both roommates have lovely partners who visit from time to time.

What we’re looking for: Someone who works primarily outside the home and enjoys a balanced living situation—social but respects the generally calm atmosphere of the space.
