I’m moving cross-country and, sadly, will have to give up this amazing studio.

The unit is brand new — I’m the first person to live here. It has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. It’s super spacious, with tons of storage including three large closets.

It’s located in a luxury apartment building with great amenities: doorman, elevator, package room, gym, roof, work area, and a live-in super.

The apartment is 5–10 minutes from various train lines. The unit faces a small courtyard, so it’s super quiet, but it gets very limited natural light, especially in the winter (you will probably need lights on the entire day).

I’d prefer a sublet for the remainder of the lease term (from December 1 to June 1), but I’m flexible. I’d also love if you could take over all my furniture (everything you see in the pictures) for a heavily discounted price.

Utilities (wifi, electricity, etc) are an extra $120/month.
