Rent: $3900/month including utilities. **Save $1000 total if you opt to catsit our low maintenance, mild mannered, quiet, very chill cat. Rent would be $3560/month. We will cover all cat expenses, including catsitter if you go out of town. **

Deposit is $3900. The apt includes in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, private balcony with patio furniture (great place to view the sunset, work from, and enjoy breakfast!), and elevator building with gym, intercom, rooftop.

The second bedroom is currently an office with a futon. We have a tempurpedic mattress pad for the futon as an option for a ~ great night of sleep.

Location: Flatbush/Prospect Lefferts Garden on Caton & Bedford. Close to B/Q/2/5 subways. 20-30 minutes to Manhattan. 15 min walk to Prospect Park. Vibrant historical Caribbean neighborhood, with several hidden gems, restaurants and bars in the area. 3 grocery stores within 3 blocks.
