The apartment is well-lit with plants (for you to water please). The building is conveniently located near the subway (two train lines: N/W and R and just ten minutes to Manhattan by train; also near bus lines: Q101 and Q104) and in a great neighborhood filled with restaurants and shops. Television (no cable, but streaming is available), utilities and wi-fi included. No washer/dryer in the building; there are laundromats a block away.

I will be gone for four weeks so I will still have clothes in closet/storage, but you will have a dresser drawer and another closet for use. (Also available: shelves of books for your reading pleasure.)
