The apartment is small but comfortable and works perfectly for one person or a couple. No pets please.

We adore the neighborhood, especially this particular location, since it is on Manhattan avenue, where all the fun is! Our subway station, Greenpoint av, is 2 stops away from the L at Bedford and 2 stops away from the 7, E and M at Court Square, which is very convenient.
