I’m looking to sublet my Greenpoint lofted studio for the month of December! The apartment is located on a quiet street just a couple of blocks from McGolrick Park. Truly a magical neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to bop around. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the G train at Nassau. The apartment is on the second floor of the building up one flight of stairs. It has the most magical morning light. There is laundry in the basement. Kitchen is fully stocked for your use, and has a dishwasher.

I love exploring, I love coffee, I love food, and am happy to give you any suggestions and recommendations if you're new to the area. Rent covers utilities and wifi at $3900 for the month, but please reach out if you’re looking for a shorter stay. If interested, kindly introduce yourself and let me know the length of stay you’re looking for. Preference will be given to those wanting to stay the month. $500 security deposit required. Payment and security deposit accepted via Venmo or Zelle, and must be received before arrival with a signed short sublease agreement. Thank you!
