My boyfriend Doug and I will be out of town and are hoping to sublet our studio apartment in the heart of Greenpoint.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a cozy 4 story walk up, just steps from the best coffee shops, bakeries, and cafes in the neighborhood. We are short 5 minute walk to the East River (picture from our morning walk attached!) , G train, and the ferry! A Citi Bike dock and two bus stops are less than a block away.
The space has a full kitchen, modern bathroom with a shower, queen bed, couch, desk, ample closet space, and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & bar seating.

We have been in this apartment for 5 years and absolutely love our space and the neighborhood. We're always just a text away shall you need anything and are happy to suggest things to do in New York!
