I’m renting out my cozy, furnished one-bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen from Saturday, November 22 through Monday, December 1, 2025. It’s SMALL (NY SMALL), but comfortable space—perfect for one person or a couple looking for a quiet, private place to stay in the city over Thanksgiving.
The apartment is completely private (no shared areas) and located in a small, 15-unit building between 9th and 10th Avenues. It’s a third-floor walk-up with no doorman, and it’s conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, Central Park, and plenty of restaurants and bars. You’ll be within walking distance of many tourist spots, but the apartment itself is tucked away from the street, so it stays nice and quiet.
Inside, you’ll find the basics—nothing fancy, but everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a queen bed, a small loveseat, a kitchenette with the essentials, a TV with streaming apps, and a desk that works well for remote work. Strong Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.
I take pride in keeping the apartment clean and peaceful, and I really appreciate guests who feel the same way. No smoking or parties, please, and I ask that you’re respectful of the neighbors and the space.
It’s a simple, homey spot—ideal if you’re spending the holidays in New York or just need a temporary place to land.
I’m a remote and traveling social worker who has lived in the building for over 18 years. It’s a friendly and respectful community. The superintendent also resides in the building and is available for any emergencies.
Please treat the apartment with care—maintaining cleanliness and being respectful of both my neighbors and my belongings. The space is best suited for a single person or a couple; accommodating more than two guests would be too tight for comfort.
