It is a large room with a built in closet, a double closet (left by old roommate), and a queen sized bed + desk would fit comfortably in the room. The unit is rent stabilized. It is located in Crown Heights 5 min away from the Crown Heights Utica ave station. I am a Teacher and my roommate works in IT. We value a clean space and open communication.
