I’m subletting my studio in Bushwick from October 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025.
The space is on the 2nd floor of an old industrial building in Bushwick with studios for artists, designers, photographers.
The neighborhood is very inspiring, galleries, music venues, coffee shops, art supply store are just around the corner.
485 square feet, high ceiling, skylight, private bathroom, separate sink, AC and heating, freight elevator.
I can offer a large wooden table, shelf and chair.
There’s a storage shelf for my paintings above the door where I would like to leave them. Other than that I will clean up the space completely.
This is NO living, ONLY working space.
24 hours access.
Jefferson L train stop is a 4 minute walk.
About This Lister
I’m a German artist based in NYC and Berlin.
I have exhibitions and art projects in Europe the coming winter/spring and would like to find someone responsible and clean to sublet my studio.

Rental requirements
$1,480/month plus electric bill.
A one month security deposit is required upfront and will be payed back at the end of the sublease period.
A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
I’ll prepare a Sublease agreement with all necessary information.
