The building offers great amenities: laundry in the basement, a gym, rooftop, package room, game room, TV lounge, bike storage, and a shared backyard. Located just a couple of blocks from Herbert Von King Park and about a 10-minute walk to the G train.
Rent: month-to-month lease.

*A sublease agreement to be signed, a copy of a photo ID (I will also share mine so you're covered), a security deposit (one month's rent), and a month's rent are required upfront.
* Rent: month-to-month lease.

*I prefer to meet you in person or connect via FaceTime before finalizing the rental. I am more than willing to show you the apartment and address any inquiries you may have.
