Settle into our beautiful and spacious ~1000 sq ft two-bedroom, one-bath unit located mid block on the top floor in Brooklyn's Boerum Hill. Our home offers charm, comfort and unparalleled convenience for an extended stay in one of Brooklyn’s most sought after neighborhoods.

The highlight of our home is the abundance of natural light throughout, thanks to large windows and two skylights. Other standouts are the working gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The apartment is fully furnished, and the coin-op washer/dryer in the basement is super handy.

There are multiple restaurants, bodegas, groceries stores, wine shops, and coffee shops within a block of the apartment. There’s a playground nearby for little ones. Google P.S. 38 Community Playground as location reference.

Our home offers immediate access to the best of Brooklyn. A ten-minute walk in a given direction takes you to Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, or Gowanus.

We enjoy access to all parts of the city with the Q, N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D trains just minutes away at Atlantic Terminal, and the A, C, F, G lines a ten minute walk at Hoyt–Schermerhorn station and Smith Street station. We also have access to the LIRR at Atlantic Terminal.

This is our home, and we take great pride in its care. We are seeking guests who can offer the same respect for the space. We also have plants that will need some light watering, so green thumbs are certainly a plus!

We're a sweetheart duo who met working on a public advocacy project. We are one lifelong New Yorker artist and one West Coast Public Relations transplant, and we share a deep love for plants, architecture, and the arts. We enjoy both traveling and meeting friends from all over the world, often hosting them in our space. You'll find that we are both very neat and tidy.
