My husband and I are currently seeking a 1+ or 2-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn (preference for Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Fort Green and around Prospect Park) or Manhattan.

We have lived on the Upper East Side (96th Street) in a luxury building adjacent to Central Park for the past two years. We plan to move between January and March 2025 and are looking for an unfurnished, long-term rental, ideally rent-stabilized.

On a personal note, we have an 8-month-old baby boy. My husband has worked for a renowned jewelry brand for the past seven years, while I have been with a consulting company since April 2022. We enjoy hiking, cooking, and socializing. We first met in Canada 10 years ago during a school exchange program, and we are excited to settle down in your neighborhood for the coming years. We are non-smokers and have no pets.
