Hi there! We will be out of the country for a while (at least 5 months). Looking for someone to sublet our fully furnished, lovely 1.5br gem in Williamsburg starting as early as Nov 20th.

Looking for someone to commit through the winter months. To at least March 31st and as long as through the summer until July 31st when we get back.

This is a perfect oasis for a couple or single who want to relax, get creative, and enjoy NYC. A great place to work from home too as we have a very nice office set up. Includes all utilities.

A little bit about the apartment:

There is a bedroom, plus office, plus living room and kitchen.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The office is large and makes a wonderful extra room to stretch out and hang in as well. There is a plus rug in there and works well as a yoga studio as well.
The large living room is home to the baby grand piano.
The kitchen is separated by a tiled counter/bar with stools for eating or working on laptop.
Queen sized bed. The bed and bedding is extremely comfortable and is away from any street noise. Plus has blackout curtains for all you night owls.

- Cool neighbors. Well insulated walls and floors. You rarely hear anyone. Small building with only 4 apartments.
