The commute is super convenient into Midtown, the Edgewater NY Waterways ferry to midtown is a 5 minute walk from the house. The bus stops for NJT 158 to Port Authority or 188 to Fort Lee/GWB and Washington Heights are also right down the hill next to the marina/ferry.

Shopping is easy and walkable, (Whole Foods, Mitsuwa, Trader Joes, Target, Acme etc.) all within a mile or two on the river walkway, or River Road. Available Nov. 30.

I am a writer, editor, and producer now living further south near Red Bank. My husband and I designed and renovated this place from the ground up with an extraordinary Japanese contractor, who's work is evident.

Rental requirements

One month security deposit plus first and last month rent required on signing of lease. Phone interview, rental application including proof of employment/income, references from employers and current/previous landlord required. Background check may also be required. The space is non-smoking, and requires quiet and consideration for the downstairs tenants. Laundry is on site in the basement and is shared with the other tenants.
