One room in a two-bedroom duplex apartment on a quiet, residential street in Bushwick.
The apartment is sun-drenched, filled with plants and art, very minimal and clean, and situated on the top floor. It’s a brand-new apartment with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. Spacious shared open-plan dining, kitchen, and living room. Two bathrooms. Balcony and access to a private rooftop with views of Manhattan (amazing sunsets).
Availability: one room in two-bedroom. Minimum one month. $2500 per month. I'm open to week-by-week after the first month. Flexible on dates between late November and late January. I will be traveling a lot during this period so you'll have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
Location: corner of Grove St and Evergreen St in Bushwick. Walking distance to JZ (6mins) ML (10mins) subway stations, Maria Hernandez park, and Bedstuy. Buses and citibikes one block away.
Accessibility: There are three flights of stairs to the apartment, it’s on the fourth floor. And another set of stairs in the apartment to access the second bedroom and rooftop.

Must sign a rental agreement. A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to secure the apartment. Full payment is required before or on arrival. A $500 security deposit is required, and will be returned at the end of the stay.
Wifi, utilities and monthly cleaning split 50%.
No pets, no parties.
