About This Lister

Hi! We’re Natasha (she/her) and Rianna (she/her). We've been roommates for the past year and a half, and our lucky third roommate won the housing lottery, leaving us with a vacant room!

We both work full-time as a lawyer and a consultant. Rianna works fully in-office, and Natasha works Mondays and Fridays from home. Our schedules keep us pretty busy, but we've developed a compatible rhythm with our shared space and aren't shy about communicating openly. We enjoy cooking and baking, and love to do some knitting, yoga, hiking, and hosting holiday dinner parties in our free time. We like to keep a clean, comfortable, warm space. Our mangement will ask for the following info directly from you:
- Last 2 Pay Stubs
- Last 2 months bank Statement
- 2023, 2024 W2 forms
- Picture ID
- Social Security Number
- Recent credit report ran online.
- Proof of last 12 months rent payment.

Some notes:
- This will be to co-sign our lease agreement
- Unfortunately, our landlord does not accept guaruntors
- Utilities are not included and are around $100 a month
- Available for move-in starting December 1 (flexible)

Pets Policy

Our building allows pets at an extra fee (about $100 added to monthly rent bill).
