Minutes from Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Public Library, The Brooklyn Museum, and tons of shops/restaurants in Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Park Slope. Super walkable/bikeable neighborhood, filled with families/couples/single people of all ages and backgrounds. One of the best neighborhoods in the city in my biased opinion.

The Building:

Pre-war 12-story elevator building with on-site super and doorman. Very secure building filled with friendly neighbors who have lived here for decades

The Space:

-Clean, well lived in home perfect for a single person or couple looking for a roomy apartment in Brooklyn. We've lived here for 4+ years and are looking to sublet over the winter as we visit family in England.

- Large combined living/dining with south/southwest-facing windows overlooking the plaza and park. Tons of natural light. Fully furnished with large couch, piano, televison, excercise bike, and dining table for 6-8 guests.

-Separate kitchen fully stocked with cookware, utensils, vitamix, and magimix. There is a full-size dishwasher as well.

-Large bedroom with queen-sized bed, two closets, and dresser. There is a large desk with monitor equipped for WFH setup as well.
