My family and I are looking for a tidy, clean 2-3 bed house in Eastside (Los Feliz, Silver Lake) or Mid-city/surrounding area. We would love to be able to ideally walk around the neighbourhood or to local amenities. Have some outdoor space and parking available.

Dates: Approx 6 January - 10 February 2026 (we are flexible)

We are respectful, clean, responsible and community conscious people. Travelling for work commitments and will have our two children, aged 4 and 7 with us.

My family and I are from New Zealand. I have just left a demanding high level corporate career to help manage my husband's music company and spend more time with my family.
