My apartment is an oversized studio located on 11th and University. The location is ideal, on a quiet street between Union Square and Washington Square Park with all of downtown easy accessible on foot and lots of subways nearby.
I've lived here for over 3 years and it very much feels like a home. Lots of funky art on the walls, queen bed, dedicated workspace, and a big sofa/TV set up for lounging.

Looking for a sublet while out of the country for all of January. Ideally would like to meet up before committing, a Zoom at minimum. No official paperwork required (references obviously welcome I suppose). Would want some sort of security deposit just for peace of mind, specific amount is negotiable.
Pets Policy
I know other tenants have dogs (and cats are fine).
