I'm at the corner of Franklin Ave and Lincoln Pl, just a block down from the Franklin Ave/Eastern Parkway subway station (2, 3, 4, 5 trains). It's a great location, lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Next to Prospect Park, about a 30 min subway to midtown Manhattan.

Apartment is super quiet, courtyard facing. Theres roof access and a fire escape to hang out on. Lot's of natural light. It's a third floor walk-up.

Apartment comes furnished and all utilities are included in price (electricity, gas, wifi). Sorry, no pets or smoking.
