I'm subletting my apt while I need more time to recover from a surgery. A friend is staying there until Nov 15 morning and then I'll have someone come to clean, freshen the place and do the key exchange with you.
It's available from Nov 15th and flexible on end date. (possibly mid Jan) Will consider shorter stays, let me know what you need!

The apt is in the back of the building, on the 5th floor and away from major street noise. The area is walking distance from train. Full kitchen and bathroom with deep soaking tub, cooking pots and pans etc, Casper mattress, sectional couch. Super cozy! Free hot water and cooking gas too.

You have the Q at cortelyou (5-7 min walk), Express buses to downtown and midtown (3 min walk) and the F train at Ditmas (8-10min walk). 11-12 min walk to Church ave for the F/G trains.
The building is well kept with a fast elevator, uncrowded laundry room on the first floor, and a secure package mailroom.

There two natural food stores, Flatbush coop and another one closer. (4-7 min walk). There's a shopping cart and bike to use at apt if need be.

Wifi, and the cost of average use of electric included in price. (I'm not looking to make money, just happy if someone could cover rent/bills while I'm away)

Some dogs are ok, I'm allergic to super shedding dogs and cats. Sadly.
