The apartment is fully furnished and well-located in the Upper East Side, close to many restaurants, bars, and gyms. 1 min away from the Q and 5 min away from the 4,5,6 line. Also surrounded by many fitness options (Equinox, Barry's, Crunch Fitness, etc.)

The apartment has 1 queen bed and 1 comfortable queen blow-up mattress that fits in the living room, if you need to host someone.

There is a laundry facility in the building (located in the basement).

PS: These dates are flexible. I will be travelling from late November through Jan 2, so I can make the apartment available earlier if needed. Feel free to reach out if you need it for a shorter or longer period.
