Hello! My partner and I will be leaving town and are looking to sublet our spacious home in lovely Greenpoint, Brooklyn for a few weeks over the holidays

It's a third floor walk-up located on Nassau Ave, half a block from McGolrick Park. There's a laundromat two doors down and plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Other amenities include a dishwasher, coffee + espresso machines, a resistance rowing machine for exercise (not pictured), 55" smart TV, microwave, air fryer, Berkey water filter, dimmable/smartbulb lighting with remote, two air filters, wireless speakers, and strong wifi. The Nassau G is a ten minute walk away and 3 citibike stations are around the block.

We're both artists so we use the intended bedroom space as a studio. Our bedroom is what was meant to be an office so it's smaller but super cozy and has a queen size bed.

We're looking for a clean, quiet, renter or couple who wouldn't mind watering our plants once a week. We ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors.

No smoking, pets or parties.
