The apartment is well-located on a residential street within blocks of Sunset Park, 5 minutes to the R train at 45th street and 15 minutes to the N, R, D at 36th and Greenwood Cemetery It's a rent stabilized 2nd floor apartment with in unit washer/dryer, wood floors, and pressed tin ceilings. The available bedroom is south facing with large built in storage. The common spaces are furnished and the bedroom is unfurnished.

I'm the only other occupant and am looking for a low-key and communicative housemate. Cleanliness and organization are high priorities for me, as is cultivating an inviting, homey space. While I'm open to the occasional chat, I also value the ability to coexist independently in the same space; this is crucial as the living room and kitchen are combined.
