My Lower East Side one-bedroom will be available late January through end of March (flexible on start/end). It’s bright, cozy, and quiet — big bathroom, great living room, and a projector for movies at night. There are a lot of plants, so I do need someone who will take care of them.

The apartment gets beautiful light, feels very homey, and is steps from Scarr’s Pizza. $4,500/month and also open to weekly rates.
