In the heart of Williamsburg, two blocks from the Bedford L, we're subletting our wonderful ground-floor apartment because we will be out of town for work for several months.

The apartment is railroad style and has a garden. It's fully furnished, has WiFi, and all utilities are included in the price.

It's a very clean apartment with lots of closet space, the best books, colorful furniture and good vibes.

North 8th Street between Berry St and Wythe is a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood. There is a coffee shop a few doors down, and endless amounts of lovely cafés, restaurants, vintage shops, book stores and wine bars. There's a laundromat around the corner, and multiple grocery stores close by, including Trader Joes.

We are a couple from The Netherlands, Joosje and Sebastiaan, filmmaker and writer! We both studied at NYU and have lived in the city since 2012. Joosje is currently working on an international drama series, for which we will travel out of town for several months. We are the tenants and have lived in this apartment for many years.
