• Sales Experience in a Boutique Setting: Prior experience in retail sales, especially within boutique or luxury settings, is preferred. We value individuals who can provide personalized customer service.
• Appreciation for Unique Design: A strong appreciation for the intricacy of designer products and an eye for detail.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with our clientele.
• Digital Engagement: Comfortable with social media and eager to participate in our brand’s online community to enhance our digital presence.
• Tech Savvy: Capable of navigating the backend of our POS system and website, ensuring smooth operation both in-store and online.

The Opportunity:

Joining Christine Alcalay, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional customer experience, both in-person and online. Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Design Process Engagement: Gain insights into the boutique’s design ethos by working directly with our designers, understanding the stories and craftsmanship behind our collections.
• Maximize Sales Performance: Use your passion and knowledge to drive sales, exceeding personal and boutique sales targets through elevated service.
• Product Expertise: Become an expert in our products, offering personalized advice and recommendations to our clients.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service, utilizing both traditional and digital clienteling tools.
• Inventory and Digital Storefront Management: Assist with inventory management and maintain the aesthetic appeal of our physical and digital storefronts.
• Website and Social Media Engagement: Play an active role in managing the boutique’s online presence, from website updates to engaging with our community on social media platforms.
• Ensure Boutique Excellence: Contribute to the boutique’s maintenance, ensuring it remains an inviting and beautifully presented space.
