Hi, I'm Sherry! I’m subletting my furnished room in a house in Mid-Wilshire, walking distance to LACMA, from May 1 for 2-3 months (flexible). You’ll live with a couple, Tina and Eric, both in their 30s, and the house cat Luna 😻 (no other pets, please!) The housemates would prefer someone who works part-time or is otherwise outside of the home part of the day.

The room is sunny, spacious, and totally furnished, and all my stuff will be out of the room. There’s a walk-in closet, desk, queen-sized bed, nightstand, bookshelf, etc.

You’ll also have full access to a beautiful backyard and garden, a shared bathroom right outside the room (with a clawfoot tub!), a colorful and comfy living room with Max and Plex (where you can watch all the most recent TV/movies), your own shelves in the pantry and fridge, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Parking is easy street parking in the neighborhood.

The rent is $1250 per month, including utilities and internet, due the first of the month. Eric and Tina would love it if you would be willing to help with Luna’s litter sometimes, and to play with her a bit. I am open to negotiating a bit on the rent in exchange for this!

This is a creative household that loves community. Eric is a ceramicist and photographer, and Tina is a sound healer and finishing her MFT degree very soon! There are occasional community events in the household (e.g. platonic cuddle events) that you are very welcome to participate in and also to initiate. Everyone is respectful about late hours and noise.
