1.5 bedroom in Bed-Stuy. Top floor of a brownstone with a private entrance. Living room has a small office attached. There's a small hallway with "his & hers" vanities that lead to the living room. A pocket door separates the two spaces. Flat screen TV in the bedroom and a reading nook near the window. Light floods the entire apartment. Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and skylight. New window A/C units in both the bedroom and living room.

WARNING:
The building has new owners/landlords who live downstairs and have been doing construction both internally and externally. It can be very loud, I’m not going to lie. So this is probably best for someone who either doesn’t mind the noise or is out of the house 9-5. It’s a very beautiful apartment and I've done a lot of work to make it cute and cozy but yes, the construction is a real thing. The front of the building is completely covered by scaffolding and the windows in the front are covered in plastic which affects the light in the living room and office. I show this in the video walkthrough that I have. Construction usually begins around 9:30 and ends at 4pm.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking inside the house. Marijuana is okay.
Return apartment to original state when sublease ends:
- Take out trash
- Clean sheets
- Tidy up the rooms
