Apartment is very big with two private Bedrooms (but will not have access to second bedroom as it’s a child’s room and would be closed), a separate living room that has a sofa bed with a full queen mattress, kitchen and one bathroom (shower). The apartment has been renovated.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with a tempur-pedic mattress, and will have closet and drawer space to use during stay.
Room is essentially 1 and 1/2 room with an office attached. Two windows and a skylight.

It's fully furnished with wifi access, heat and hot water all included. Ac and fan/ purifiers in rooms.

The place has a lot of direct sunlight. Has two skylights (one in a bedroom and one in the living room).

Located on the second floor of a small brownstone. 1 floor walk up.
Free street parking.

One short block to the subway L line (Jefferson Stop), 20 min to union square, 10 minutes to Williamsburg. In the heart of hip/ artsy Bushwick.

Beautiful restaurants/ bars/ hospital/ post office/ park/ cafe/ thrift store/ supermarket/ 24 hour health food store/ Laundromat all a block or two away- all walking distance.

Maximum 2 people. preference for one person.

This is the whole apartment. We are filmmakers that will be traveling with our daughter this summer and are looking to sublet our home while away. For long sublets (one month or more).

Under NO circumstance smoking/pets are allowed inside.
