This is a small, peaceful building with only 3 units, so it's ideal for someone who values a calm and respectful living environment. NO PETS (sorry !)

- Top-floor walk-up with tons of natural light—perfect for working from home or relaxing
- Full-sized bed (please note it's not a queen ... feel free to bring a larger mattress—frame is adjustable)
- Spacious dining area with a table that seats 6–8 for dinner parties
- Fully stocked kitchen
- No dishwasher or in-unit washer/dryer (there’s a laundromat just down the block)
- Pre-war charm throughout
- Record Player with records + linked speaker system in living room and bedroom
- Yoga Mat and Keyboard Piano will be available for use

💵 COST

- $100/night or $500/week
- Utilities included
- Extended stays preferred
- $100 cleaning fee + upfront security deposit required

- 10-min walk to Herbert Von King Park (great for picnics and pop-up events)
