- Huge private patio with amazing view of the skyline.
- Apt is about 500 sq ft, the patio is another 450 sq ft.
- Split AC / heat units in every room with individual controls.
- Virtual doorman
- Laundry and gym in the building.
- A 5-minute walk from the 2 & 5 trains.
- A 5-minute walk from Target & Aldi
- Although there’s a gym in the basement, Blink fitness is a 6 minute walk away, at $15 a month.
- Near Brooklyn College, the neighborhood is well lit.
- Water is included, but the tenant is responsible for electric, heat, and Wi-Fi.
- Although the listing states July 1st, I can also do an August 1st start date.
