The apartment is fully furnished and has lots of Natural light at both ends. Full bed, Smart TV, all kitchen appliances.

There is a big grocery store 2 blocks away that has pretty much everything you can think of. The neighborhood is full of coffee shops (my favorite is Variety) and really good restaurants (such as Little Dokebi) and bars (Minnows, Goldies). There is a laundromat down the block right next to a great wine store.
It's an 6 minute walk to the G train and a 15 minute walk to the L train (Bedford).
(side note - if you could water the plants once a week i would be eternally grateful!)
