About This Lister

I've been living in LES for 11 years and this apartment for 5 of them. I absolutely love this neighborhood and my little oasis of an apartment.

I'm the main lease holder and will be the contact for the tenant. This is my home and am looking for someone who is responsible, will take care of this space and water my plants.

I'll be working out of my European office for this time period, which is why I'm looking to sublet. Please note, I can share a video of the space upon request and can show the apartment in person at an agreed upon date/time.
